This Pinot Grigio is crafted from our vineyards in cool climate regions of Sonoma County and fermented exclusively in stainless steel for a crisp, clean, refreshing white wine. This wine is the definition of what Pinot Grigio should be. Bright and refreshing, the wine opens with notes of honeysuckle, lychee and lemon-lime. The palate delivers a refreshing acidity coupled with flavors of white peach, orange blossom and a touch of minerality. 91 points, JamesSuckling.com. Best of Class 2022 SF Chronicle Wine Competition.

Tré Terre Chardonnay is comprised of grapes from our vineyards located along the banks of the river in Russian River Valley, Sonoma County. 2018 was a very good year with ideal weather conditions for the vines. The grapes were hand harvested, whole-cluster pressed, then barrel fermented with native and cultured yeast. The wine completes 89% malolactic fermentation and is sur lee aged and stirred weekly for 5 months. The wine is then aged for 15 months in 33% new French oak and 67% older French oak. The result is a delicious, full-bodied Chardonnay with aromas and flavors of Meyer lemons, citrus, cinnamon apples, graham cracker, creamy marshmallow, apricot, lemon, brown sugar and maple spice. Tré Terre is a wine with bright fruit, nice acidity and a long, lingering finish. 91 points. California Grapevine.

The delicious Ferrari-Carano Pinot Noir is a blend of grapes from their ranches in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County. The grapes were hand picked and after fermentation the wine spent 9 months in 23% new French oak and 77% older oak. The wine has aromas of dried cherry, cranberry, plum, caramel and mocha that fill the senses, followed by vibrant flavors of cherry pie filling and cola. A velvety texture and bright acidity distinguish this naturally-balanced wine. This wine pairs perfectly with salmon, fowl and meat entrees like beef bourguignon or rack of lamb. During the holidays, pair our Pinot Noir with an herb-roasted turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce dinner.

The 2019 Ferrari Carano Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% hand-selected grapes from the Alexander Valley in Sonoma. 2019 was a very good year with ideal weather conditions for the vines. The wine completes a total of 19 months barrel aging in wine caves, allowing for the perfect balance of fruit, tannin and oak. The wine is full-bodied with layers of wild blackberry, spiced plum, molasses, sage and a hint of white peppercorn. Silky smooth tannins and a touch of cinnamon linger on the finish. The Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with roasted, broiled or barbecued game and red meats such as lamb and beef, as well as pork and veal. Medium and strong-flavored cheeses, such as blue cheese or sharp cheddar, also pair nicely with this wine.

Ferrari?Carano’s Italian heritage is reflected in Siena, an easy?sipping, Sangiovese?based, red wine blend that also includes Malbec, Petite Sirah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The long growing season in 2018 allowed the grapes time to develop color, complexity, structure and delicious flavors. Siena has delicious aromas of toasted graham cracker, plum, raspberry and mocha that leads to flavors of baked cherry pie, vanilla bean, cola and spice with sweet oak notes and hints of butterscotch lingering on the finish. Siena has supple tannins and a balanced mouthfeel with lively elegance and depth. Siena pairs perfectly with savory Italian food.
