Menu & Wine Pairings
Trimbach Pinot Blanc 2022
Varietal composition: 100& Pinot Blanc
Pale yellow color with green reflections. Concentrated aromas of white flowers and apricots. Smooth, medium-bodied with crisp acidity. 91Points Wine Enthusiast; 91 Points James Suckling.
Résonance Chardonnay 2023
Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay
The Willamette Valley Chardonnay from Résonance is sourced from both estate vineyards (Résonance, Découverte and the Home Ranch Vineyards) and top vineyards in the Willamette Valley. The wine showcases the absolute best of the Willamette Valley and elegantly blends Maison Louis Jadot’s winemaking with the Willamette Valley’s signature terroir. 93 Wine Spectator; 93 Wine Advocate.
Craggy Range Martinborough Pinot Noir 2024
Ruby red color with dark magenta hues. Aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and red licorice jump from the glass accompanied by hints of dried lavender and blackcurrant. The palate is plush and fruit driven. Flavors of strawberries and red cherries fill the mouth and finish with dusty cocoa powder-like tannin. 97 Points Decanter.
Bontera The Butler 2021
Varietal composition: 63% Syrah, 18% Petite Sirah, 12% Mourvedre, 6% Grenache, 1% Viognier
The 2020 vintage offers extraordinary finesse, power and intensity. Earthy notes of pepper, game and wild herbs underscore lovely blue fruit aromas on the nose. The muscular palate delivers spicy mixed berries and purple fruit, with charismatic slate-tinged tannins that support the wine throughout the clean, peppery blue fruit finish. 93 Points Jeb Dunnuck.
Robert Craig Winery Affinity Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Varietal Composition: 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 5% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot
The 2023 Affinity has been reimagined. This is now a fully mountain-driven Cabernet, built from Mount Veeder, Howell Mountain and Moon Mountain fruit. The result is a wine with real mountain backbone — dark floral perfume, serious structure and energy that refuses to be one-dimensional. 92 Points Vinous.
The Setting Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of ripe blackberries, cassis, and dark plum, intertwined with notes of cedar, dried herbs and hint of mocha. With well-structured tannins, it has a supple and velvety mouthfeel with a lingering finish making for a perfectly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Built to age gracefully but approachable in its youth, this wine will only continue to become more nuanced over the next decade but can be enjoyed now with decanting before enjoying. 98 Points Jeb Dunnuck.
