St. Suprey Sauvignon Blanc
This winning wine has flavors that explode from the glass: lemon, lime and kiwi, followed by ruby grapefruit and tangerine. The long, crisp finish makes it outstanding for simply sipping or enjoying with some grilled lime scallops. Or try it paired with some steamed green beans sprinkled with minced summer savory."
Redemption Zin 2004 Alexander Valley
Redemption Zinfandel is sourced solely from the Dry Creek Appellation and displays the classic aromas of ripe blueberries and spice. Blackberries fill the palate supported with a black pepper backbone. The wine finishes with oak nuances and integrated acid balance. This is a medium bodied wine with deep ruby color and a projected cellar life of 5-9 years.
Rombauer Zinfandel
Rombauer Vineyards' 2003 Zinfandel captures the essence of California Zinfandel with this ripe, fruit driven wine. It is filled with aromas of boysenberries, raspberries and wild berries. The wine is loaded with flavors of ripe, zesty wild berry and blackberry jam that picks up spicy, peppery notes. It finishes with a fantastic burst of fruit and concentrated berry flavors. Rosenblum "Vintners Cuvee" XXVII
Lovely, bright jammy cherry and raspberry fruit with hints of black pepper and spice are the main focus of this wine. It is a very friendly, drinkable, zesty Zinfandel that goes well with pasta, barbecue meats, poultry, and Italian and Mediterranean foods.
