The St. Helena grown Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is night-picked and cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the aromatic potential of the grape. Bright, crisp acidity with grapefruit and lime aromatics, balanced with flavors of citrus and passionfruit, are the signature elements of the Charles Krug style.
Salad Course
Charles Krug Carneros-Napa Valley Chardonnay 2015
Watermelon, Feta, Pine Nut & Basil Salad (Iceberg Lettuce Slice, Pickled Onions, Balsamic Glaze and EVOO)
This Chardonnay is grown in the cool, foggy Carneros region, where Burgundian-style grape varieties maintain their balance of acidity and ripeness. This medium-bodied wine is half-barrel fermented and aged sur lie; look for aromas of tropical fruit and citrus blossom with ?avors of peach and pear.

Black Pepper & Thyme Roasted Beef Medallions (Goat Cheese Mashed, Beef Jus, White Corn Relish, Sweet Pepper-Basil “Schmear”)
Ripe black cherry, blackberry and black currant flavors precede hints of dried blueberry and cocoa in the estate-grown and bottled Cabernet Sauvignon from Charles Krug's Yountville vineyards. The sturdy structure and lots of black fruits lend definition to the long finish.

Creole Style Blackened Canadian Salmon (Grilled Squash, Zucchini and Roasted Pepper Relish With Merlot Butter Sauce)
The Napa Valley Merlot has expressive aromas of ripe red and black fruit followed by hints of spice. Supple body and medium tannins envelop flavors of berry and cherry, which linger on the palate through a long, smooth finish.

Generations is a Bordeaux-style blend from our Napa Valley estate vineyards, created to honor our family's past, present and future. Aromas of black cherry, coffee bean and blueberry segue to a medium-bodied wine with a long finish of ripe berry and toasty crème brûlée.
