Hors D’ Oeuvres Cashew Crusted Crab Cakes with Spicy Lemon-Garlic Aioli
Made from100% Sauvignon Blanc Estate Grown grapes. This wine is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled without seeing any oak, allowing it to retain its aroma. The wine has a complex mix of tropical fruit including pineapple, quince, and guava. The lively acidity enhances juicy flavors of grapefruit and white peaches on the long finish. This is a perfect quaffing wine on a summer day or anytime you need a little sunshine. Pairs well with complex seafood items such as crab cakes.

This Victorian Claret is a complex blend, 30% Merlot, 22% Syrah, 20% Petite Verdot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, and10% Zinfandel, many of which are award winning wines on their own. Dark ruby in color, the wine has a wonderful fruity nose bringing on black cherry, plum, and currant aromas. Rich and soft on the palate, the hints of pepper and spice add to the complexity of the wine along with the long smooth finish of lingering red fruits. This wine pairs well with any meat dish or is just as delicious on its own.

Sourced from the renowned Genevieve Vineyard located on 10 acres at the bottom of the Guenoc Valley. Light to medium gold in color, with enticing aromas of orange blossom, honey, verbana and dried apricot combined with vanilla and caramel. The barrel fermentation gives this wine richness and complexity without hiding the fruit allowing all flavors to come through on the palate. Flavors of baked peach and apricot bring to mind a fresh baked tart which persists on the palate for a long time, thanks to the rich volume.

Poultry Course Espresso Rubbed Duck Breast with Blue Cheese Soft Polenta With Dark Cherry Duck Jus
Meritage Red is a complex blend of the classic Bordeaux varietals grown on the spectacular hill side vineyard, Tephra Ridge. The wine is intense in color, with nuanced aromas of cedar, clove and licorice, integrated with flavors of rhubarb and wild red berries. Aged 26 months in French and American oak this 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot and 6% Cabernet Franc is full-bodied on the palate, layers of spices and earthy notes prevail while a fresh acidity helps to accentuate the fruit for a long finish.

You get a Mixture of dark berry and spice on the nose leads which into smooth and perceptively sweet flavors on the entry. The full and soft mouth feel is intense with blueberry and vanilla for a powerful yet elegant wine. This 100% Petite Sirah is aged 10 months in 50% new American Oak and stands up on its own or pairs well with smoky and spiced flavors, such as grilled steak or portobello mushrooms.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a fruit forward nose of black cherry, raspberry jam with undertones of herbes de provence. The wine is elegant and soft on the palate and the acidity is very well balanced. Tannins are soft and melting while still providing enough structure to contend with hearty dishes, making it a wonderful accompaniment with food or enjoyed alone. A Cab of light texture, well in balance, with savory red raspberry jam fruit amid a touch of spicy Provencal herbs.
