The Cuvee Alexandre Chardonnay is a bright light yellow wine with subtle lime notes. The nose contains elegant aromas of sweet citrus fruit, sweet flowers, tropical fruits and subtle spices. On your palate, you will find this a rich and creamy wine that is very round with an elegant mouth feel, good volume, lively acidity and a long persistent finish. This is an ideal companion for medium seasoned dishes, fish or chicken. Bright light yellow 100% Chardonnay. The nose is fresh and clean sweet citrus aromas with lime, pears, and pineapple hints. 84% of the juice was fermented non malolactic in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the freshness of the fruit, 16% was fermented and was aged 7 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels. This wine is elegant, fresh and light, with nice texture and acidity and has a nice long finish. This wine is the ideal companion for a wide range of appetizers and seafood.

This Merlot is made with hand harvested organic grapes of merlot 85% and Syrah 15%. This wine has an intense dark ruby purple color and aromas of black fruits, spices, herbs and fresh red fruit that enhances the complexity. Big tannins are integrating nicely. Well-balanced overall with mouth-watering acidity. Subtle hints of spice on the long and pleasant finish. Ready to drink now or can be cellared for several years.

This selection was made with organic hand harvested grapes from the vines in the Colchagua Valley which were planted in the1920’s. This Cabernet Sauvignon 88% is blended with Cab Franc 7% and Syrah 5%. This wine is a deep red with dark purple hints and has a dense nose full of red fruits, tobacco, coffee and oak aromas and has a delicate attack on your palate and the broad structure of fine tannins towards provides a mid palate and finish. A concentrated body, which should enable a long bottle aging. All fermentations were made with wild yeast. Pairs well with for meats and elaborate dishes.

Intense purple color with notes of fresh white pepper with chocolate and tobacco aromas. This wine is balanced and elegant, with a velvety texture, red fruit and cacao flavors aftertaste, shows a medium body, with a round mid palate and a long finish, on a smoky spicy texture Colchagua Valley grapes were fermented about 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks, utilizing native wild yeast. After fermentation 29% of the wine was aged in new French Oak barrels to add an extra layer of complexity but keep the expression of the fruit. 98% Carmenère with an added a dash of Syrah 2% to add more red fruit and roundness to the spiciness of the Carmenère. “A dense, flashy red, displaying a toasty frame of fine tannins, with grilled herb and baking spice notes to the racy cassis, kirsch and plum skin flavors.
