Dessert Course |
Baked Apple Strudel with Candied Walnuts and Vanilla Ice Cream
Varietal Composition: 100% Glera The name “Avissi” comes from the delightful fizzy sound the bubbles make as they rise in the glass. Brilliant straw-yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers fragrant aromas of honeysuckle with refreshing flavors of green apple and ripe pear, and a clean, fresh and delicate finish. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif, or with lighter fare or fruit-based desserts. Mix with fresh ingredients for a signature sparkling wine cocktail as well. |

Chip Wine |
Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon In the glass, the wine is inky violet and highly aromatic, with dark cherry, cocoa and vanilla complemented by notes of cardamom, anise and cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is youthful with lots of structure and pure fruit flavors. A core of black cherry and plum flavors is layered with notes of coffee and spice, and the wine’s juicy tannins pleasingly coat the mouth. Lush and perfectly structured, the 2019 vintage is drinking beautifully now, but will evolve for easily another 20 years. James Suckling 93 Points. |
