Hors D’oeuvres Baked Camembert with Bacon Onion Jam, Local Florida Honey, Pistachios and Sourdough Toast Points
Varietal composition: 100 % Vermentino Straw yellow wine, with intense citrus and yellow peach aromas accompanied by notes of flowers and sage. Its full body is well balanced by its freshness. Very persistent and fruity finish on the palate. Outstanding pairing with fish dishes or vegetarian recipes. Perfect also as an aperitif.

Varietal composition: 100% Sangiovese Fresh and fruity wine with a ruby red color. Complex and fruity bouquet, with ripe cherry and blackberry notes, well combined with spicy hints of licorice and tobacco. Wine with a broad and enveloping structure. Long and persuasive mouth feel finish. Perfect with red meats and game, as well as ideal together with medium-aged cheeses.

Varietal composition: 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cabernet Franc 27, 18% Merlot Gentle aromas of vanilla, tobacco and coffee, with hints of cherry jam and prunes. Harmonious with soft, well-balanced tannins. Persistent finish and a great potential for aging. Pairs perfectly with red meats, wild game and aged cheeses.

Varietal Composition: 100% Sangiovese Intense ruby red color, its bouquet is elegant and refined. The complexity of the aromas is revealed in the ripe fruity notes of red plums and white peaches. Full bodied, vibrant and taut on the palate, with considerable acidity, it has soft, well-honed tannins and a balanced finish which lingers on the palate. Excellent with rich and flavorful dishes.
