White Asparagus with Sauce Gribiche and Chervil
Varietal composition: 93% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon
This wine bursts with aromas of pink grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, kiwi, and honeydew, with a tropical lift of guava and lime zest. On the palate, bright citrus and green apple meet orange sherbet and lemongrass, with hints of tropical fruit. A refreshing acidity carries through to a balanced, lingering finish of citrus, melon, pear, and tropical notes.

Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay
From California's coastal, cool-climate San Luis Obispo (SLO) Coast, this Chardonnay benefits from a long growing season which yields a wine with bright citrus and floral notes in a light refreshing style. Aromas of lemon zest and white peach with subtle notes of sesame seeds and a mouthwatering acidity.

From California's maritime, cool-climate San Luis Obispo (SLO) Coast, where the long, cool growing season allows us to patiently wait and pick grapes at their optimum flavor. Flavors of vibrant raspberry and the subtle herbaceousness of dried oregano with delicate notes of oak that give a hint of toasted marshmallow.

Varietal composition: 1000% Merlot
Notes of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and juicy plum on the nose are layered with hints of mocha and a subtle crushed stone minerality. The palate is plush and refined with vibrant black plum and blackberry flavors gradually unfolding into accents of toasted oak and warm spice. A lively acidity and polished tannins lend structure and depth, leading to a long, mineral-laced finish.

Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Espresso Ganache
Varietal Composition: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec
On the nose, this Cabernet Sauvignon features rich aromas of blackberry, black currant, and plum, with hints of floral black tea. It reveals deeper notes of black fruit and fig, complemented by baking spice. On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied experience with sweet tannins and a mix of red and black fruit, culminating in a vibrant finish with a hint of raspberry ganache.

Poached pear, lemon, honeyed white flowers, and hints of creamed corn all shine in the 2023 Chardonnay Reserve. A medium bodied, balanced Chardonnay that has a fresh, focused mouthfeel and a great finish. It's beautifully done and brings classic California fruit with class. 93 Points, Jeb Dunnuck.
