This is a bright crisp sauvignon blanc with citrus zip, flavors of lemon, lime, yellow grapefruit, and lime zest combined with a fennel and caper vibrancy. Green and yellow hues present in this wine with exotic aromatics of pink grapefruit, green lime zest, lemon citrus along with undertones of fennel, and green olive.

This white wine presents brilliant hues of pale yellow and green. Fresh aromas of lemon, lemon custard, basil and anise are complemented by a vanillin thread, from the element of subtle new French oak. Lemon and lime citrus flavors follow with the essence of pear. The toasted oak qualities from the barrel maturation have encouraged a full rich mouth feel, along with the subtle creaminess of the sur-lie maturation. This Estate Cabernet of deep purple hues, presents dark blackberry aromas combined with an elegant toasted oak nuance, threads of boysenberry, rich opulence with subtle notes of jam and graphite. Flavors follow with ripe blackberry jam, a luscious approach of dark fruits, terrific structure supported with elegant moments of oak and a finishing hint of anise. A burgundy shade of red commence this wine. Aromas of black plum and black cherry combine with graphite, milk chocolate, and black pepper with a subtle thread of vanilla from the toasted oak. This is a generous merlot with nice freshness on the palate show casing juicy blackberry and toasted oak.
