Varietal 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Made in a Bordeaux style, the Pont de Chevalier Sauvignon Blanc delivers typical energy of the varietal while displaying uncommon richness and a dazzling range of flavor. Classic aromas of Meyer lemon and madeleine cookies are followed by a full, replete palate with flavors of citrus, apricot, and wild mint that last into the finish.

Hors D’oeuvres Crab Cake with citrus remoulade
Varietal 100% Chardonnay. Striking scents of lemon, white peach and kumquat are framed by 10% new French oak to keep this wine light on its feet. The entry offers freshness and energy, where complex flavors of citrus, croissant pastry, and white aromatic flowers play in perfect harmony. This Chardonnay finishes with a crisp mineral note of fresh sea breeze, inviting a second sip.

Varietal 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc. This Right Bank Bordeaux-style blend delivers layers of distinctive flavors and textures from each of its blending components. Cabernet Sauvignon is the centerpiece, delivering savory notes and a firm structure, surrounded by plush Merlot, bringing luscious Damson plum flavors. A touch of Cabernet Franc adds sweet chocolate and dark French roast coffee to the finish.

Varietal 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Merlot. The aromas of this Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon begin with fragrant sweet red raspberry, cassis, and a warm undertone of mushrooms sauteed in butter. A wonderful mix of inviting flavors, including huckleberry pie, spice cake and toasty oak, expand on the palate and couple with a bright acidity that propels this wine to a delicious energetic finish inviting another sip. This structured Cabernet deserves food with bold assertive flavors. Our favorite pairings are grilled T-bone steak, barbeque bone-in pork or grilled lamb chops with rosemary.

Varietal 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot. This 2018 vintage draws complexity from a range of clones, soil types and exposures. Layered aromas feature blueberry and red raspberry with hints of fresh sage and lavender. The palate reveals generous mulberry fruit that integrates with notes of Sumatran coffee and cacao powder.
